Shipping Policy

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5 for all U.S. domestic orders. Orders over $30 USD qualify for free shipping (some exclusions may apply).

Tracked Shipping: If you choose tracked shipping and your package is lost, I’m happy to work with you to provide a replacement or refund. Please note that I require a 30-day waiting period to confirm the package is officially lost. If tracking shows the package has been delivered, I cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Untracked Shipping (Letter Mail): Choosing untracked shipping means that loss or damage is at your own risk. I am not responsible for untracked packages, and no refunds will be issued for lost or damaged untracked mail.

Damaged Packages: Damage caused during shipping is out of my control. If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo to hello@angeladesignco.com so we can discuss possible solutions.

Returned Packages: If a package is marked as undeliverable and returned to me, I’ll gladly resend it to you.

International Orders: International customers may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Return & Refund Policy

If you need to initiate a return, please contact me at hello@angeladesignco.com. Returns must be requested before items have shipped. Once an item has been shipped, refunds are no longer available.

Please note: Digital items are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

 

Damages & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to me at hello@angeladesignco.com. I’ll be happy to help.

  • Proof of damage (such as photos) is required for evaluation.
  • Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a replacement only.
  • I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
