Return & Refund Policy
If you need to initiate a return, please contact me at hello@angeladesignco.com. Returns must be requested before items have shipped to be eligible for a full refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Once an item has been shipped, refunds are no longer available.
Please note: Digital items are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
Damages & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to me at hello@angeladesignco.com. I’ll be happy to help.
- Proof of damage (such as photos) is required for evaluation.
- Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a replacement only.
- I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
